Reflection
Today’s Gospel reminds us of Jesus teaching the Our Father. Prayer, in its simplest form, is a conversation with God—honest, humble, and trusting. Just as rain makes the earth fruitful (Isaiah 55), so does this prayer water our souls, bearing fruit in forgiveness and dependence on the Father.
