    • First Reading: Genesis 37:3–4, 12–13a, 17b–28a

    • Psalm: 105(104):16–17, 18–19, 20–21

    • Gospel: Matthew 21:33–43, 45–46

Reflection
The story of Joseph, sold by his brothers, foreshadows the rejection the Son would later suffer in the parable of the tenants. God can transform evil into good, yet He asks us for fidelity. Just as Joseph ultimately became an instrument of salvation for his family, so Jesus—the stone the builders rejected—becomes the cornerstone. This Lent, examine the times you have closed your heart to God’s truth. Allow Him to transform every rejection and wound into a source of grace.
